ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members in guise of enquiry without jurisdiction or offences and directing to pay Rs.2,50,000/- money to the sixth respondent such as a civil decree within time fixed by the third respondent on 07.09.2024, in the manner of Kangaroo Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the sixth respondent, CSR No.713 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.
