ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.104 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent as expeditiously as possible. 1/4

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.104 of 2024 on 04.05.2024 as accidental fire.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that they have already examined 6 witnesses and investigation is in progress and seeks two months further time to file final report.

4. Recording the same, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
