ORDER

The order impugned dated 11.05.2015 passed by the fourth respondent reveals that, the School Committee has decided to initiate disciplinary action against the writ petitioner. The impugned order further states that, the petitioner was placed under suspension for a period of one month from 12.05.2015 to 11.06.2015. The said order of suspension is under challenge in the present writ petition.

W.P.(MD).No.9217 of 2015 2.The petitioner was suspended for a period of one month and thereafter, no extension is granted nor brought to the notice of this Court that any extension of suspension order was issued. As far as the writ petitioner is concerned, the impugned order of suspension was issued for a period of one month till 11.06.2015 and the same expired five years back itself. This apart, the disciplinary action, if any initiated, the authorities competent are bound to complete the same at the earliest by following the procedure contemplated.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents department made a submission that, the petitioner was reinstated.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that, the petitioner has taken over the case bundle from him. 5.This being the factum, the cause arose for filing of this writ petition challenging the order of suspension did not exist as of now and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
