Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order No.Nil, dated 08.07.2018 passed by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, directing the first respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct the Mambazha Sangam festival and other related ceremonies under the Spiritual Head of the Bishop of the Tirunelveli Diocese with adequate police protection between 10.07.2018 and 12.07.2018.
