ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were already reinstated into service by the respondents and therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)Nos.21224 and 21225 of 2021 petitions have become infructuous. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
