The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter to the Registry on 12.03.2021 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and hence, the matter is posted today under the caption "for withdrawal". 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.

3.Permission is granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
