Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PITCHAI MUTHU M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRL. SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14120 of 2021 on 28.09.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu on 02.11.2021 and it has not been taken on file so far.
