Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner belongs to scheduled caste community. He is also well qualified. His request for bank loan was fabourably recommended by TAHDCO. It is the case of the petitioner that the bank had not acted as per the intimation of TAHDCO. That led to the filing of this writ petition.

3. The writ Court will not be justified in issuing any positive direction in this matter. The learned Additional Government Pleader would state that the recommendation of TAHDCO will be valid only for six months. The scheme under which the petitioner's case was recommended is no longer in 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.9236 OF 2015 operation. The petitioner therefore has to necessarily approach the respondents 2 and 4 once again. As and when the petitioner approaches respondents 2 and 4, his case will be considered as per the existing norms. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
