ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wanted to conduct demonstration on 03.05.2015. Permission was rejected by the jurisdictional DSP. The rejection order is put to challenge.

3. Technically, the matter has become infructuous. But the petitioner's request is that if a fresh application for conducting demonstration is submitted, it may be permitted. It shall be permitted subject to appropriate terms and conditions.

4. The Writ Petition is allowed on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
