ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.10886 of 2025 dated 02.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, this Court directed him to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders. There is a threat to the petitioner and hence, the said condition may be modified. He further submitted that the co-accused has filed similar petition and this Court directed him to appear before the Inspector of Police, Nanguneri Police Station daily at 10.30 am., and 05.30 pm., until further orders and the same condition may be ordered.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10886 of 2025, dated 02.07.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Nanguneri Police Station, 2/4

Nanguneri, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

5. With the above said modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
