D. RAMESH KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1, this Court made the following order:
"This petition has been listed today for extention of time for disposing the case in C.C.No.63 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai.

2. This court has already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 08.10.2018, by directing the trial court to dispose of the Calender Case Within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Now, the trial court seeks further six months time for disposing the Calender case. Hence, the matter was listed today.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further six months time i.e., till 30.09.2019 is granted to the trial court for disposalof the above case. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, shall keep in mind the attitude of the parties and dispose of the case within the prescribed time".
