Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent brings it to my notice that after filing the present writ petition, the petitioner Veeranathevar filed O.S.No.121 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Peraiyur and that the suit was dismissed on merits on 28.10.2021. The suit schedule pertains to Survey No.73/5, Kallampatti Village, Peraiyur Taluk. The writ petition is also pertaining to the same property. In as much as the suit filed by the petitioner suffered dismissal, the present writ petition has to be closed.
3. The Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
