Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking interim suspension of sentence for 5 days.

2. This Court vide order dated 11.09.2024, granted interim bail for one day on 15.09.2024 from 6.00 a.m., till 6.00 p.m., and adjourned the case on 17.09.2024, for reporting compliance.

3. Today(20.09.2024), when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition has been complied by the petitioner herein and he has surrendered on time.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
