Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pursuant to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Tender Notification Na.Ka.No.A2/1276/2015 dated 07.05.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to follow the procedure contemplated under Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Rules, 2000 and Tamil Nadu Panchayat (Preparation of Plans and Estimate for works and mode and Conditions of Contract) Rules, 1998, in respect of works to be executed under Panchayat Union General Fund after obtaining prior approval from the petitioner's village Panchayat.
