Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to impugned order in Na.Ka.No.A8/07/2021-7, dated 27.08.2021 passed by the respondents and quash the same as illegal consequently direct the respondents not to acquire the petitioner's land Survey No.45/12A, situated at Allikulam Village, Thoothukudi District.

ORDER
Even though, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, I hold that the pendency of the Writ Petition on the file of this Court would actually work to the disadvantage of the petitioner herein.
2.Heard, Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader.
3.The order impugned, is only a notice issued to the petitioner, to give objections within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the notice.
4.I am confident that if a reply is given, then, the respondent would examine the said reply and pass necessary orders in manner known to law. But keeping the Writ Petition alive would only impair further progress in the enquiry.

W.P(MD).No.21230 of 2021 5.Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to give a suitable reply to the impugned notice within a period of thirty days from today(06.12.2021). On receipt of such reply, respondents may consider the reply and pass necessary orders after following procedure as established by law. 6.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
