2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, on 31.08.2023 through E-filing No.TNSV58882/19005883/2023 and it has not been taken on file so far.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved by the contents of the final report. 2/4
4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous with the above said liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
