2. Paragraph No.7 (iv) of the order, dated 01.07.2025 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8248 of 2025 is modified as follows:

"(iv) The petitioner shall appear before the learned Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Nagercoil, at 10.30 a.m., on first Monday of every English Calendar month until further orders"
