J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition itself. Permission is granted. W.P.(MD)No.5903 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned single Judge has given a month's time to the appellant to file civil suit. The said period is extended by six more weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the writ petition itself is dismissed as withdrawn, the order made in the writ petition will not operate to the prejudice of the writ petitioner / appellant herein. This writ appeal stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
