Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 515 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no strong objection in allowing the petition.
