Heard Mr. T.Lenin Kumar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. T.Villavankothai, Learned Additional Government Pleader for the First to Third Respondents and perused the materials placed on record apart from the pleadings.

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the First and Second Respondents from permitting the Fourth Respondent, his men or anyone claiming under the name of Poosari Vagayaras, to conduct festival in Arulmigu Aladi Neelamega Karuppu Temple situated at Appathurai Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District till O.A.No.15 of 2006 is finalized by the Third Respondent.

Learned Additional Government Pleader for the First to Third Respondents, on instructions, states that O.A.No.15 of 2006 has been 2/4

disposed by the Third Respondent on 10.01.2018 and copy of the said order has also been produced before this Court, which is placed on record. 4.

In such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner, if he has any further grievances, to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner recognized by law, and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
