This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd respondent to transfer the case in S.C.No.243 of 2014 pending on the file of the Additional Sub Judge, Thanjavur to some other court

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submitted that though this petitioner has been filed for transfer of the case in S.C.No. 243 of 2014, it is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is now ready to conduct the trial before the same court.
