O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for quashment of FIR in Crime No.226 of 2016 registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 279 and 337 IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submits that the respondent Police have completed the investigation and filed the final report as mistake of fact on 28.07.2016 and RCS notice has been served on the defacto complainant.

3. Since the investigation is completed and the final report is filed as mistake of fact, no further orders can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
