ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere in the civil cum money dispute on the basis of memorandum of circular issued by the Additional Director General of Police Office, Chennai on 09.01.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the sixth respondent, CSR No.312 of 2024 came to be registered on the file of the fifth respondent and on the point of jurisdiction, the same was ordered to be closed and subsequently, the sixth respondent has given a complaint 2/4
before the fourth respondent and the same is pending in CSR No.481 of 2024.
3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as to the private respondent and conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
