ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the Tahsildar, under which, he has issued a notice for convening the meeting of the Panchayat as contemplated under Section 205(4) of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994. The tenure of the writ petitioner as the President of the Sirugudi Village Panchayat had expired. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition. 2/4
2. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
