This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the first to third respondents from hastily issuing Page No. 2 of 5
Patta in the name of the fourth, fifth and sixth respondents with regard to subject properties, based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2021.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first to third respondents, on instructions from the Village Administrative Officer (VAO), submitted that patta has already been granted in favour of the private respondents and revenue records have been mutated. The learned counsel for the private respondents also confirmed the said fact.
3. In view of the above, no order is required to be passed in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
