The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the second respondent in P.D.No.18/2024, dated 07.08.2024 detaining the detenu Samiravi @ Ravikumar, Male, aged about 47 years, son of Sivasamy, now detained at District Jail, Pudukkottai District and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son and set him at liberty forthwith.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.6778, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 28.09.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
