PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to inspect and test the component of concrete mixture used in foundation of pillars of bridge across the Kodakkan Canal, Kondanagaram Village, Tirunelveli District under the NABARD XXIII Scheme at a cost of Rs.97 Lakhs and appropriate action against the respondents 4 and 5 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2018.
