Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PAULMURUGESH S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(a) in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.8673 of 2023, dated 02.06.2023, wherein, the petitioner was ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two blood sureties each.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not having blood sureties. Hence, seeks modification. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition 6(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each should be the relatives of the petitioner and to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Special Court to try Land Grabbing Cases, Trichirappalli.
