ORDER

This Petition is listed under the caption for being mentioned at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court while allowing this petition had imposed the condition to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.60 of 2025 by the petitioners, but, in the order copy in paragraph No.7(b) the word each is wrongly printed and the same may be deleted.

3. In view of the same, in paragraph No.7(b) of the order, dated 19.11.2025 is modified as follows:

"7. [b]. the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only), to the credit of Crime No.60 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, in two installments. The 1st installment of Rs.2,00,000/- shall be paid at the time of producing sureties ie. on or before 30.01.2026 and the 2nd installment of Rs.3,00,000/- shall be paid on or before 02.03.2026. After receipt of entire amount, the learned Judicial Magistrate, shall deposit the said amount in an interest bearing Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized Bank 2/4

initially for a period of one year and renew them periodically until the final order/Judgment is passed in the case in Crime No.60 of 2025. The learned Judicial Magistrate or Trial Court shall pass orders regarding entitlement of the said amount in its final order/Judgment." All other conditions shall stand unaltered.
