PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the 2nd respondent dated 31.07.2025 vide his proceeding in Na.Ka.No.2526/2025/A3 and to quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned notice issued by the 2nd respondent dated 1/4

31.07.2025 vide his proceeding in Na.Ka.No.2526/2025/A3. 2.Admittedly, the impugned notice is an enquiry notice. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the notice, both of the petitioner as well as the third respondent appeared for the enquiry, and it was resolved to approach the Civil Court for remedy.

4.Therefore, now, the matter has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. The parties are at liberty to approach the Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
