PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to call for the records relating to the FIR in Cr.No.141 of 2022, dated 09.08.2022 on the file of the first Respondent Police Station and to quash the same in respect of the Petitioners/Accused No.1 to 3.

O R D E R

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks to quash the FIR in Cr.No.141 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent Police on the ground that after registration of the FIR, the Petitioners herein, who is arrayed as accused and the De-facto Complainant had arrived at a compromise. A Joint Compromise Memo is also recorded and also filed before this Court.

2.By way of reply, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection to quash the FIR by recording compromise. 3.In the light of the Joint Compromise Memo, this Petition is allowed and the FIR in Cr.No.141 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police is quashed. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of this order.
