O R D E R

For non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 12.04.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.10963 of 2020, statutory notice had been issued to the contemnors/ respondents on 09.12.2022. Despite that, the contemnors / respondents have not appeared before this Court. Hence, this Court on 06.01.2023, issued a bailable warrant to be executed by the Superintendent of Police through the concerned Jurisdictional Police to the contemnors/ respondents, pursuant to which, the law enforcing agency effected the warrant and contemnors / respondents have appeared before this Court and filed a compliance report. Hence, the warrant is recalled and application in Sub.Aplc.(MD)No.31 of 2023 is ordered.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court, dated 12.04.2022 made in W.P.(MD) No.10963 of 2020, has been complied with and there is no wilful disobedience.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the contemnors / respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
