The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submit that the petitioner has been summoned by the Inspector of Police, Jaihindpuram Police Station. It is clarified that the Inspector of Police, Subramaniapuram Police Station has nothing to do with the petitioner.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
