This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records relating in D.V.C.No.7 of 2020 pending 1/3

on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah, filed by the respondent herein and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,01.02.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Full Bench in 2023 (3) MW CRL 539 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
