The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed under Section 8 of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, dated 17.12.2024.
2. Pending writ petition, the respondents have chosen to withdraw the impugned order by way of proceedings, dated 12.08.2025.
3. In view of the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands closed. As far as the 2/4
consequential prayer seeking permission of the Court to pay 7Q amount in installments is concerned, the petitioner Management is permitted to pay the same in four equal monthly installments starting from September, 2025 onwards. On failure of payment, the respondents are at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
