Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SOLAISAMY.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12028 of 2023 dated 21.07.2023

2. According to the petitioner he has been complying with the condition from 1/3

27.07.2023 and due to the above said condition he is suffering a lot and he is not able to go for job for his avocation.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent also admitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions from 27.07.2023 without fail as directed by this Court. 4.Considering the representation made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) and also considering the nature of offence and considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court am inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police @ 10.30 a.m., on the first day of every English Calendar month until further orders. 5.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. sd/- 04/09/2023 / TRUE COPY / /09/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
