Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SOLAISAMY.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.SAKTHIKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the 1/3

petitioner vide order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13064 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner complied with the condition from 27.07.2023 without fail and due to the condition, the personal avocation of the petitioner is affected. Hence, he prayed for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would contend that the petitioner is complying the condition from 27.07.2023 without fail.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and also considering the fact that material part of the investigation is over and the petitioner complied with the condition from 27.07.2023, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Sivagangai on every first working day of English Calender month until further order.
