ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the fourth respondent to survey the properties situated in Survey Nos.59(1A2A) & 60(1B2B2) in Vilathikulam, Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Tuticorin District by considering her representation dated 21.07.2025.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Mohamed Riyaz, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the fifth respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject properties were allotted to her husband, Sakthivel, in a family partition. The pattas for the subject properties stand in the names of the petitioner's husband and his brother, Sudalai Madasamy. The petitioner submitted two applications on 11.07.2025 and 19.07.2025 in Application Nos.2025/0123/28/008693 and 2025/0123/28/008860, seeking survey of the subject properties. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the applications submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider the online applications of the petitioner dated 11.07.2025 and 19.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, other legal heirs of Sakthivel, Co-pattadhar, Sudalai Madasamy, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
