ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to pass an order on the representation made by the petitioner on 24.09.2014. 1/4
2. According to the petitioner, Survey No.127/51 belongs to him absolutely. He has also succeeded before this Court in S.A.No.1158 of 1969 with regard to the said survey number. However, erroneously the said survey number has been classified as pathway. Hence, he has sent a representation on 24.09.2014, requesting the respondent herein to delete the said classification and grant patta in his favour. The said representation has been acknowledged by the respondent herein.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court directs the respondent herein to dispose of the said representation within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due opportunity to the writ petitioner.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs. 04.08.2022 Index :
