2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that S.F No.183, Sathiyamoorthi Nagar, Paravai II Bit, Madurai is shown as Podhuvasaga Salai and that it will be maintained as such and patta will not be issued for any private individuals. This submission made by the respondents is recorded. As regards the shifting of the village library into Podhuvasaga Salai by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2015, the matter is left to the discretion of the District Collector, Madurai District. This court will not be justified in issuing any direction in this regard. 3.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
