ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.220 of 2022 dated 03.08.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that in the absence of interim order, during the pendency of this petition, the Law Enforcing Agency has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Atthur and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.27 of 2024.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
