ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate necessary action to restore the drainage supply to the petitioner's house and also to close down the six feet depth dent created by the 3rd respondent near the petitioner's house.

2. On instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the dent that was created near the petitioner's house was closed and the 3rd respondent's sewage is being carried to another channel without disturbing the petitioner's house. In case, if the petitioner finds that still his grievance has not been settled, he is entitled to restore the writ petition.

3. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
