Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned G.O.(D)No.540 (Health & Family Welfare - ME) dated 24.04.2015 issued by the 1st respondent State Government and the Prospectus issued by the 3rd respondent Selection Committee in furtherance thereof, quash the same insofar as the prescription of the method of selection of candidates for admission to MBBS and BDS courses - 2015 on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates of Higher Secondary Course Certificates of various years and further direct the respondents herein to make the selection by evolving a fair method giving equitable treatment to the candidates passing HSC in various years and thereby give admission to the petitioner herein for MBBS Degree Course - 2015 in the Government Colleges / Government seats.
