2.When these writ petitions were taken up for hearing on 02.01.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner as well as for the respondent. Though the learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent and despite his name printed, there is no representation for the respondent. The respondent has failed to file any counter affidavit in these writ petitions. In view of the above, these writ petitions were ordered to be listed today under the caption ''for dismissal''. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3.Considering the fact that these writ petitions are pending from the year 2018 and the petitioner as well as the respondent are not interested in proceeding with these writ petitions, these writ petitions are dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, 3/5
