ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for records relating to the summon in M.C.No. m3/275/2022 passed by the first respondent dated 12.07.2022 and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the first respondent has issued a summon to the petitioner under section 110 Cr.P.C. and based on the summon, the petitioner has executed a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- on 19.07.2022.

3.Since bond has been executed based on the summon issued by the first respondent, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
