To issue a Writ or Order or Direction or in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to settle the interest for the belated payment of retirement benefits payable to the petitioners with 18 percentage rate or interest within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
