The petitioner with a grievance that his complaint has not been enquired by the respondent police has filed this petition. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has earlier lodged a complaint dated 04.01.2025, it was enquired in CSR No.5 of 2025 and closed on 11.01.2025. This present complaint has been lodged before the Superintendent of Police and it has been forwarded to the respondent police. It is enquired in current paper enquiry and closed on 06.08.2025.
