O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to allow the petitioner's training center to conduct an assessment for the completed batch and disburse the pending bill to the petitioner's training center by considering the report submitted by the fourth respondent in his Na.Ka.No.2254/2023/A3 dated 24.03.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running a training centre and the same was selected by the respondents to impart a skill development programme to the candidates. In view of the same, the petitioner conducted the skill development programme and the programme has also been completed. However, the respondents, raising allegations against the petitioner, refused to sanction 2/5

the payment. Further, on request of the petitioner, a fresh inspection was conducted in 2023 and a report has also been submitted by the fourth respondent in their favour on 24.03.2023 to the first respondent. However, till date, the petitioner's invoices have not been cleared. Hence, the present case.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that a decision will be taken on the fourth respondent's report by the first respondent within six weeks.

4. I have heard the submissions made by either side and perused the available records.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the first respondent is directed to take an appropriate decision based on the recommendation made by the fourth respondent on 24.03.2023 and clear the invoices of the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
