ORDER
The petitioner with a grievance that his complaint has not been enquired by the respondent police has filed this petition. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submits that they have not received any complaint from the petitioner.
3.Though the petitioner claims that he has lodged a complaint, he is not having any acknowledgement for the same. Therefore, this court is not inclined to grant any relief as sought for. However, the petitioner shall lodge another complaint through registered post within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such complaint, the respondent shall conduct an enquiry and take a decision on merits within a period three weeks therefrom. 2/4
