side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the following conditions imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3765 of 2022, dated 30.08.2022, whereas, the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as monthly maintenance to the defacto complainant and to appear before the respondent Police (AWPS, Thoothukudi).

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3765 of 2022 are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) as monthly maintenance to the defacto complainant and the petitioners are directed to appear and sign before the All Women Police Station, Kovilpatti, instead of respondent Police. The other conditions, remains unaltered. The time is also extended for a further period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
